I used the Baby Lock Altair sewing and embroidery combo machine for this project. This is an AMAZING machine with tons of capabilities!! I still have so much to learn about all of the amazing things it can do, but am absolutely loving using it for my projects both sewing and embroidery.
Supplies Needed:
- Embroidery Font or Monogram Font
- I used Varsity font from Creative Appliques for my blanket. There are tons of wonderful fonts available on her site.

- No Show Poly Mesh stabilizer
- Water Soluble Topper
- Flannel fabric cut 12.5″ x 12.5″
- Minky fabric cut 12.5″ x 12.5″
- Embroidery Thread
- Pre-wound Bobbin
- Wooden Baby Teething Ring
- Kam Table Press
- Kam Snaps Size 20 long
- Kam Snaps 2.5mm punch
