As most of you know, I am a big fan of Embrilliance! See this post to learn more about the programs that they offer. Embrilliance Essentials is an embroidery software program that I recommend for everyone to get. It allows you to open embroidery designs that you purchase online, resize designs and fonts, use BX and other embroidery format fonts to create names and lettering designs, and merge different designs together to create something new. In this Sip & Stitch, I give an overview of how to use a lot of the functions in Embrilliance Essentials.
Embrilliance Express is a FREE program that only allows you to use BX format fonts. You can not resize the fonts and can not open any other format besides BX.
Embrilliance also offers a FREE DEMO program for you to try out any of their programs. Every time you open the Demo it will ask you which program you want to try out. Just check whatever ones you want to try (you can combine as many as you want). The Demo is free to use for however long you would like, however it will NOT allow you to save any of your work. Therefore you will not be able to stitch out any of the designs you edit or make on your machine. It is strictly for trying out the functions of the different program before you would buy it.
To download the DEMO version of Embrilliance, go to the Embrilliance Homepage, click downloads.
Then click “Looking for a Demonstration version?”
Lastly click on the Demo download that is compatible with your computer.
The Demo version is great for if you want to see the different functions of the each program, or if you have Essentials now and want to see what new features you will get if you add Enthusiast. I played with the Demo a lot so that I could learn to use Stitch Artist before I bought it.
